For the CPU cooler height, Acat X1 supports 67mm and AKLLA A4v2 is apparently adjustable between 68mm and 75mm. I'm not sure about the kevcase one, you'll have to ask the seller.I agree that kevcase is probably best for the price though a bit less now since the price went up 100 rmb but the limited colors make it not worth for me. You're right about the riser cable, you'll have to purchase it separately. You can message Kevcase to purchase a riser cable, I just estimated the cost based off of other sellers who actually have a riser cable option.
