What is the smallest case to fit an RTX 3070

I am planning on building an SFF rig that is as small as possible and still has an RTX 3070 (any kind as long as it is a 3070) and a 5600X in it. What is the smallest case that can fit one? Right now I have the Velka 5 V2 in mind. Any suggestions?

Velka 5 rev 2.0 is the smallest for sure, that is if you are comfortable with 45-degree riser bends, rerouted I/O, and a FlexATX PSU (They sell a black 600w FlexATX for just $100 bundled with a Velka 5 rev 2.0, and $139.99 sold seperately)

Blower cards are okay but not recommended

Pretty much the only card that is on sale is the Nvidia 3070 Founders Edition

I just finished a 5600X/RX6800 build in the ZS A4S V3. Its like a smaller version of the Dan A4 and the build quality is outstanding. Its a bit bigger than the Velka 5 2.0, but you can use a Black Ridge and cable management is a bit easier. If you're cool with a flex atx PSU, I would reccomend this over the Velka and the Dan
