But so does K888D's new case, yet he's licensing the rights from Josh based on the patent. [USER=3969]@Kandirma[/USER] doesn't seem to think the patent even covers the S4. I assume none of us are patent attorneys, but at the very least it's not at all clear to the average layperson what is and what isn't covered.
