Zooming in on the photo reveals the laser etching on the die to be "D9XPF". If they are supplying these exact modules then they are micron B-die. The 3G2 means it's 3200 MHZ and the AZ means they are unregistered. So you should be good. Results seem to vary but some have these running at 3800 C18 with tweaking.
