I haven't seen that reported, but yes, I remember that the IMC was one of the "early inclusions" from Zen+ in RR. Fingers crossed, I suppose? That would be fantastic. Getting easy 3600+ DDR4 on these would be perfect. I'm still on the fence deciding if I should postpone my HTPC upgrade yet another time to wait for Zen2 APUs (I know I'd be mightily annoyed if a major performance uplift became available shortly after a 4-year upgrade), but the 3400G still looks a lot more tempting than the 2400G for my use case.
