Well AMD's pricing has stayed flat (or dropped) generation to generation for all of AM4, the 1800x 8c/16t had an MSRP of $499 USD and the new 3900x 12c/24t has an MSRP of $499 USD, the 2700x and 3700x 8c/16t both had/have an initial MSRP of $329 USD the 2200g/2400g and 3200g/3400g also have the same initial MSRP of $99 and $149 USD and the 2/3400g are 4c/8t parts not 4c/4t.IIRC the new 3200g and 3400g both support DDR4 3200 out of the box and will likely be able to run much higher memory speed than their predecessors (4000+?) Which would make a significant performance improvement for the iGPU.
