I can't speak specifically of your model of power supply, but I got a Delta Electronics EADP-220AB from PCHub.com. They ship internationally, at least, and were easy dealing with. At a quick glance, I don't see the ADP-330AB B but I do see some results for the other model (DA330PM111):
