I aimed for this build to be as quiet as I can reasonably get. The CPU cooler is a quieter version of the Silverstone NT07-115x. The graphics card is a passively cooled version. The two case fans are 8 dB each (basically inaudible).
I loaded up Battlefield 1 and set the graphics to the high preset to show it's performance. I get a steady 40-60 fps on 720p resolution (my TV only goes that high)
I prefer a local transaction (Connecticut), but I will ship if necessary.
