I pulled out the multi-meter and the voltage on JW H610i shows as my picture (Same as my B360-PIO as well). The two bottom pins (they are closer to each other) are connected to the ground of the back ports, and the CPU fan ground. The two top pins (they are spread farther apart) are connected to +V at the 20A fuse (White with gold ends, just behind the power socket.)The one you linked seems to be backwards for a TV.But since there is a barrel jack you can use something like this screw on barrel jack to fix it quite easily: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C61434Hhttps://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805641341365.htmlEDIT: If you are cutting off the cable end to change polarity, you can use any power supply. Dell has 150w and Lenovo 135w, also 170w. I got a Lenovo 135w for $5 at the second-hand store this week!Just to allay any doubt, I suggest you check with a meter too https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2255800207842148.html :
