The PSU turns on using a paper-clip, so the PSU should be fine.While investigating, I came accross this : https://miketabor.com/fixing-a-synology-ds1515-not-powering-on/100 ohms resistor, CR1220 battery and BC847B transistor are ordered. Hopefully it will fix that issue.
