streacom db4 top panel and fan mount

streacom release db4 sketchup model, so I use original top panel to model my owner and send cnc file to factory.

add a 200mm fan mounter, hole distance is 154x154, noctua 200mm is ok.

and you need 4 m4 * 35 screw.

Thank you so much! I'm using this case with a 5650g cpu and two 3.5' HDD, and the heat of the HDDs worries me a lot.
I'm sure this mod will help, though intake of dust might be the next issue to tackle.
