Accessory SPDIF Out Plate Cable Bracket for SFF Case

Hi,

I'm looking (w/o success) for the cable bracket mentioned in the subject line. Basic function is to extend the SPDIF (optical and RCA) port on the motherboard to the case rear panel. These items exist for full height ATX setups. However, I'm using an In-Win BL672 case which is low profile. Hence, I need a SPDIF out terminated on a low profile rear panel plate/bracket.

I know I can use HDMI, but I have some gear that isn't HDMI ready, so SPDIF is next best.

Any thoughts on a source?

If I were in your shoes I'd end up getting this and cutting it to spec.
