Smallest cases with slot for an optical drive?

I was trying to investigate if the Dan Case A4 and the S4 Mini/Skyreach 4 Mini had slots to accomodate a slim autoloading drive, and it doesn't seem so. It seems the NCase M1 is the only one that has the option for an optical drive, but was looking for one that would allow the disk to be sloted in vertically: Think of the Wii in it's vertical orientation. Essentially, was hoping to aim for something like a (slightly taller) S4 Mini with a slot for 4k BluRay.

Streacom's cases have optical drive options. F1C Evo seems to be the smallest. However, I didn't get if you want to build a high-end pc with discrete graphic card or you want just a htpc?

if you want to build a pc with gpu then Silverstone Raven RVZ02 seems nice and you can put it vertically;

there is Milo series from Silverstone again, smaller than Raven cases but those limit your gpu compatibility.

Sorry I wasn't clear: Yes, I did want to build a high-end PC with discrete GPU (of which will definitely be mini in size/not full width), and I myself already have the Silverstone Raven RVZ02 on my current rig. What I'm aiming for is something smaller, more powerfull, and still has an optical drive for media playback. I wanted it to plug directly to a 4k TV and have full HDR support. That extends to games as well.

(Also I doubt GSync will be able to help me in this regard, since I don't think my TV supports it.)

The RVZ02, as it stands (quite literally), is just too tall to fit in the shelving space of where my TV is positioned. At the same time, cooling might become an issue, so was wondering if there were any cases that also supported watercooled options. That said, I feel as long as it's well ventilated, it should be good.

That said, the Streamcom ones look interesting. Do you think there might even be room for a custom water cooling solution?
