I'm looking for an ultra slim powerbutton for the s4 mini. I don't really mind what it looks like, it just have to be as thin as possible so i can fit it. The one i have now is around 2 centimeters deep, i am hoping to find something that is under 0.5 cm. I heard that touch sensitive buttons should be slim but I cannot seem to find anything. Any ideas?

You can use a piezo momentary switch. Search for piezo 16mm momentary switch.
It won't allow you to do a long press reset though.
