I did some modification to the block. Now it has three G1/4 port instead of two, allowing much easier maintenance. This will likely be the final revision, and hopefully I can start making the prototype on Monday!

I just ordered a dual 40mm radiator in copper, actually for test fit purposes. They make a triple too.

Yeah, getting 1x 2x or 3x cores isn't the issue here, the best option for this project would be a 6x rad, and those appear to be exclusively alu
Then you can use multiple x2 or x3s if you want more. That's going to be my plan.
That's currently what this project is using, it would just be much easier to run a single large rad (less fittings, less space taken for the same cooling etc)
I'm hoping to find a 40mmx7 radiator that is made out of copper as well. The only thing I have now that's close to that is an aluminum 40mmx7 radiator, and it came from some servers that have been discarded. Can't seemed to find a place to buy them brand new.
Based off the exploded view looks like a dc-lt if I'm not mistakenI have so much respect for you and this project. Can't wait to feel better and chop up you cover panel for you.
