330w is not enough to power a 1080 Ti. You will be fine with a 1080, though.

Looking forward to seeing your build.

1080 mini would be a safe bet. You can "manage" with undervolting the 1080ti but your better off just getting the 1080.
Another option is to drop the dell brick and get one of the high wattage meanwell bricks. They can do the 1080ti with no overclocking but you need some active cooling over the picoPSU (a fan is enough, some small RC car heatsinks will also work if you can't get enough airflow).

I would be happy if I could find the Gigabyte 1080, can't find one anywhere for decent price.

Power supply. Did you end up buying the 1080 or the 1080 Ti? If it's the 1080 that's either a defective brick or a defective HDPlex...

it seems that if i limit CPU to 2 ghz and run prime 95 & furmark does not restart again .. if i run separate prime 95 & furmark with cpu at 100% everything is working fine when i start to stress both is restarting. .
so is dell brick or plex ?
