i had G-Skill Ripjaws (2x16GB) 3000 MHz in A300 with 3400G and works fine with 3200MHz. [G.Skill Ripjaws - DDR4 - SO DIMM 260-PIN - 3000 MHz / PC4-24000 CL16], because I had flashed P1.30S, what is support 1.2V and 1.35V for RAM, too.

In X300, I using Crucial Ballistix (2x16GB) 3200 MHz before with 4650G (3400Mhz) and now 5700G ... something over 3400MHz. [BL2K16G32C16S4B] 1,35V!

Hint. I am thinking, because AMD 4xxx APU and this Deskmini S3 problem, i am very sure, that you will need in UEFI BIOS set c-states: off.

I read in Reddit someone had problems with 4750G and Deskmini with warm hard crashes. Me, too, with 4650G. It helped this user and me, too. Perhaps 4600G will producing this, too. So, you can fix this. And because graphics,  u want gaming? VRAM...in UEFI you should set to 4 GB, so ~27GB RAM and reserved 4GB for games. For four virtualboxs and open lot of tabs in browser, no problem.

If you thinking that you want 4750G or 5700G, too. I have a bigger power supply. ~200W, price was ~80 €. I do not know, if 5700G works with standard Asrock power supply, but I know for 4750G u will need a bigger one, because this computer won´t start. With 4650G, the 120W is enough. I just mean 5700G is a good product. 4600G ~100€ and 5700G ~180€, If you need gaming. So, I had in StarCraft2 with 4650G ~35 FPS and now with OC (GFX&&CPU&&RAM) ~50FPS (average) without errors and very high HD settings. If you want check the APU hardware spec differences take a look on the webpage "versus dot com", there u can compare multiple CPUs at same time.

I wish i could share fine FPS values for GTA5, but I had always played with borderless windows, so that the FPS were always 31-32. Now, in fullscreen with new APU and OC, I get 60FPS. Good RAM in Desk- or Gamemini are very important. Now I play Skyrim with lot of mods with ~30FPS.
