Hello I'm still working on resurrecting the A300. I tried switching RAM places and using single RAM

With a meter I measured the voltage and resistance. The DC input is working also PTV. I also tested the PSU with a meter it is working also. But I also tried by replacing it with another external PSU. With the meter I also found out the power switch/button is working.

Weirdly enough I left it some days and something changed. When connecting with the PSU the blue LED next to the power button went permanently on now without pressing power button. Fan is still off.
Before there was no light And the PC can't be shut down with the button anymore.
I tried clear CMOS like in the instruction by As Rock (without removing batteries) and connection to the other CPU Fan PIN (CPU Fan 2).
Phone can be recharged on the USB port.

Any ideas are welcome.
I guess I need a new computer...
