A few weeks ago, the bluetooth mouse we use for our HTPC failed. In the search for a replacement (we were never really happy with the previous mouse) the Logitech M185 Wireless Mouse became the chosen candidate.

I agree !

Although an SFF mouse would probably be milled or machined from aluminium or steel, only support small batteries and have the option for watercooling :p

Dear god imagine a mouse with two tiny quick disconnects that prevents your hand from getting sweaty :D Not SFF, but I'm sure someone will buy it.

Come on people, seriously.

We all know watercooling is the only proper way to cool your gaming hand. Fans... :oops:

Oh my, that's a short battery life. Even the M500 I used to use daily at work for 8 hours lasted 2-3 months.

Here's hoping it's better on a proper brand battery - the gold coloured one included with this mouse usually included with cheap toys!

I use Sanyo Eneloop AA and AAA rechargeable batteries for most everything I own and they work great. I bought enough a few years ago so that I could have a few spares charged and ready to swap and haven't needed to buy batteries since.

BAH

When cybernetics are a thing, I'm just going to put the sensor and buttons in my fingers and wave my hand over the desk.
What's more SFF than 0mm?
===
As far as real mice go, I think calling a mouse SFF is a bit silly. Something that fits in a travel bag is great, but at your desk, whatever fits your hand and is comfortable is best.

The title was a joke - I couldn't think of anything else witty!
