I mean it makes sense in theory, but with 2GB of RAM and just 32GB of storage (about 10 of which will be taken up by Windows), who is this aimed at? I'd not make a machine for just browsing the web and watching youtube with less than 4GB

It'll be an excellent, Kiosk PC, Thin Client or managed office PC. Not really for the home user since they don't understand what the small amount of storage means to everyday use, until they run out of it.

Yes indeed, I forgot to mention that. With the full-size HDMI (other Broadwells have mini-HDMI) and plenty of power, it's an excellent base for OpenELEC.
