Google has tagged the SFF forum as "unsafe." Every time I log onto the website Google puts up a warning that this site is potentially stealing my information. It only happens on SFF forum. It happens on both Windows and Android. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up. Something about a certificate error. Not sure if it's from my end or the server side

Nope, they're version 54 on both Android and Windows. It cleared up on my Windows PC but it keeps on annoying me on my Android Phone. Its probably on my end.

Might have to do with unencrypted files being served on an encrypted website (http images being embedded in topics and signatures). The site itself is properly encrypted.

Chrome doesn't show the little green padlock if there's mixed content but that shouldn't be enough to trigger the "unsafe" warning.
