ITX sized GPU with 120 mm water cooler is slightly defeating the purpose because of the thickness limitation in Sentry. It's better to simply go for a full sized GPU with open air cooling with tree fans. Also it'll be hard to fit the hoses coming out of ITX sized GPU inside the GPU compartment as they will be long enough to mount the radiator elsewhere.

One thing is that I expect R5 3600 and R7 3700X to be amazing thermally once the bioses are fixed. Right now the voltage/turbo control is all over the place because of bios setting and agesa issues, but I expect them to be really OK with NH-L9i/a once amd and board partners handle those issues.

EDIT: Supposedly there's some update on upcoming agesa fix on Tuesday.
