Enclosure Seems like i received a GEEEK N500 Lite with defect screw holes

I could not screw in the screws circled in red (vs the screws that are not circled) no matter how hard i tried. Yes, I made sure to read the instructions carefully and tried all the screws provided. Anything that I might have done wrongly?

Those holes haven't been tapped deep enough is all apparently a known issue, I've just ordered mine so I'll check when it arrives what thread its meant to be.
