I'm pretty sure Josh sold his last one, hopefully not though!

Heading back to school and I hate laptops with a passion. Want something even slimmer then the S4M-C and I love the look of the S3 mini.

Planning on running a undervolted i7 with either a 1050ti or 1060.

Finding a board that’s rear I/o will work with the original design is tough. Asus and asrock z370 won’t fit. It’s so close but no cigar. The only newer board I’ve had that will fit in mine so far is the gigabyte b250 Phoenix. Hopefully the non z series boards on the horizon will offer some more options.

If I got one, my plan was to remove the original io plate. Either run without or make a custom one for whatever board I use.

They won’t fit without the I/o plate. The audio inputs impact the opening. You’d have to grind on the case or the audio inputs.

Mmm.....that's no good. I thought it was just the io plate keeping it from fitting.

Thanks for the input. I want something slimmer then the S4M-C but maybe I should just stick with it.
