Not a gamer, so integrated graphics are fine.

Priorities:
  1. Small (obviously)
  2. M.2 NVME slot
  3. Bluetooth (or a second M.2slot)
  4. 2 - USB 3 (USB-C would be nice)
  5. 2 - USB 2
  6. Low cost. (If prices drop on the 5700G and I can find a small mobo that supports overclocking the memory, I know my answer.)

Also recommend a small case. External power supply is acceptable

DeskMini X300W?

1. DeskMini is 1.2L + AC/DC adapter
2. 2x NVMe PCIe 3.0x4
3. M.2 A+E key with wifi + bluetooth adapter (easily upgradable)
4. 2x USB3.0 (1 front, 1 rear) and 1x 3.1 USB-C (front)
5. 1x USB2.0 (plus header for additional USB2.0 ports)
6. Reasonably priced if you can find them, 5600G or 5700G can be readily found used too. (Although if pushing the 5700G hard you may want to upgrade the 120W DC adapter)
FWIW I have a 5600G and my '3200MHz' DDR4 SODIMMs overclocked to 4000MT/s easily
