I'm going for a low profile build to lay under the monitor. So far I'm considering the ML-03b case for its ability to fit the cheaper and with more expandability mATX boards and for the ability to fit full ATX PSU so I can just recycle my current PSU.

One alternative I'm considering is to go ITX with either the ML05 case or is there a monitor rear-mounted case that has room for atleast the wraith stealth?

I'm willing to humor the VESA mount strategy as opposed to the under-monitor one, but not at the cost of losing the ability to use the stock cooler so...

More than likely because of this I will simply stick to my under-monitor setup plans because It's just simpler. This still leaves the question:
ITX or mATX? The ITX boards for AM4 are more expensive.

If it was me (being broke a lot!), I'd go for the M-ATX build. It's more of a budget friendly stepping stone into SFF - being that you can re-use some of your components. In time, You can move to M-ITX :)
