Buying RX VEGA 56/64 or RX 480/580 8GB

Looking for close to MSRP as possible for the RX VEGAs. Would prefer a new card but I would consider a used one.

RX480/580 would have to be no thicker than 40mm due to the case I will be using. Would be looking to pay under MSRP for a used set.
