Official information from ASROCK says that HDMI version depend from CPU, not motherboard:

My question to Asrock regarding A320M-HDV:
I want to upgrade my A series CPU to Ryzen 3 2200G. This CPU must support HDMI 2.0. Will it be possible to get 4k at 60Hz picture on your A320M-HDV motherboard, or I need dedicated video card?

If Ryzen 3 2200G can support to 4K 60Hz, the motherboard can have this feature.
