I forgot your original requirement, but what about Zalman CNPS2X at 27mm?

2, 1, 3 (from best to worst) ?

And we got a winner!

2: This cooler is not only the cheapest, it also performs pretty well in terms of noise and thermals. While being almost non-audible it keeps my 65W APU around ΔT48C during stress testing.

1: Thermals are not as good as No.1 despite using full copper. The surface area is just much smaller compared to the other two competitors and airflow is kind of restricted as it can not go "through" the cooler. Noise and price are OK.

3: Thermals are OK with ΔT50C but that fan makes some very unpleasant noise. It is also more expensive and much higher compared to the other two coolers.

YOSH, victory is mine :D !!

On a side note, I've been using #1 bigger bother(Tt Engine27) for years now. I've always been impressed by the thermal/noise/size balance, as long as you don't go past its rated TDP.

I believe that the Engine27 is a good cooler. I've also tried to mod the heatsink #1 with a blower / centrifugal fan and it performed very well. Even a bit better compared to the axial fan.
