Quiet(er) 40mm fans???

Hey everyone!

So I'm on the hunt for some quieter 40mm fans for my PC. The main fans I want to switch out are the ones that come installed on my IcyDock ToughArmor MB998SP-B enclosure.

I don't mind having to control them separately from the enclosure and I'm also open to possibly having an adapter 3D printed to a larger fan size if anyone thinks that'd be better, only issue with that would be designing ones that fit in my case.

Noctua's 10mm and 20mm thick 40mm fans are the only that I've come across that are somewhat acceptable.

I kinda figured it'd end up being Noctua. Is there a noticeable difference between the 10mm and 20mm sizes? I'm guessing maybe the 20mm one is a bit quieter?

20mm pushes a lot more air, and the tone of the sound is less high pitch.

I used this guy in my EVGA Hadron PSU and it is insanely quiet and moves a decent amount of air (more than the Noctua).
