So I have a spare Corsair SFX 750w will this be enough?

So what's the difference between these fittings because I am slightly picking my brain. Ones a Bulkhead and the others are different what do these do? Which ones are the best to buy?

So I have a spare Corsair SFX 750w will this be enough? Or shall I Get the SFX-L 800W from Silverstone?

750 more than enough if it's the platinum, i ended up getting the barrow fittings ( quick release ) £20 a set each really impressed, all in my ncase. Only waiting on my ek founders block to come.

Ah nice, it is the plat model. Why do some people recommend the 850w then?
