Hi guys. I wanted to design a case that is for every one. Be simple cost effective Yeat has grate overclocking potential with after market cooler & aio's when needed. So support for Ryzon Coolers ware crucial for budget system. Additionally EK/Alphacool 140mm 60mm thick custom radiator support will make overclock's Awesome. All this will accommodate in a vary compact form factor in about 5.9L. Today I kind of finished base auto-cad design. It definitely need some improvements. Any suggestion will be much appropriated.

Final Thought
Case Dimension : 145mm * 190mm * 215mm
Storage Option : 1 * 2.5" HDD
Max Cooler Height : 125mm
Power Design :
Low-End : Pico-PSU 160W
Heigh-End : Moded Pico-PSU for 800W
Acrylic/Aluminum uni-body surround design for component showcase.

Looks interesting but I think you need some more pictures showing how it all fits together (especially pump/reservoir placement)

Hi, you see Pump/Reservoir combo on such a small case is almost impossible. Maximum custom water cooling combo can be
For Aftermarket aio cooler ... All 120mm/140mm aio should fit without a hassle. Even looking forward to add push/pull support.

No reservoir support yet But trying to add a custom builtin acrylic reservoir on the bottom free space of HDD/SSD bracket down the road.
Once these improvements are final I will add a assembly animation video.

Case's empty frame will be made out of sheet metal & a bit help from welding. Then Acrylic Box sit on top. Then Top Mash screws with frame. That Top Mash tight & hold the Acrylic Box.

Adding a custom G1/4 threaded acrylic Reservoir to the design. Also redesigning top mash to hold 140mm radiator for easier component access when pop out. Thanks for your support guys. Please do add any substation to make this chassis Awesome. You guys are the bast . . .

Is the fan intake or exhaust? I think the sides will need to be ventilated.
Yet to test the vents/no vents on left .... exhaust on top mash ..... intake little from left top mash & a lot from bottom plate ..... 15mm clearance from gpu to wall for clean air pass through .....
is it enough ? if not I can add vents in front of gpu fan & make the case more compact like 5.8L or so .... should I do that ?

Working with the Power supply for this case .... guys please help me out as much as you can ....
Take a look at here
800W capable Hdplex alternative with pico-psu adopter

I want to bring this case for everybody ..... from less power htpc that has upgraded to absolute workstation beast with ryzen 9 overclocking ..... no compromiz on cooling ..... yeat adopt on your cooling budget not on dc-dc power-supply & thermal limit ....

A couple nitpicks about the feature list. Removing these two bullet points doesn't take anything away from what your case offers.
Acoustics - Silent fan noise under full load.
Quite frankly this can't be believed. If the case supports half length high end GPUs then that makes it not silent under load by definition, before we even mention CPU cooling.
VR Capability - Built In VR Support.
This looks like fluff and buzzwords to make the list longer.

I like the look of the case! It is reminiscent of Zotac's mini gaming pre-builts, but having standard components makes this vastly more attractive.

Never thought of that .... Yeap you are correct but yeat to be test ....

Hell no .... removed ... ?

My Idea was actually from zotac mini build's with easy upgrade-ability in mind ... kind of similar but all in standard component's & have a good freedom on cooling ...

Cool... I had actually designed a case like Zotac's but it was based on one of the smaller Zbox cases that is only 2 inches tall. Designed for APU builds. This case however would get more support due to the more powerful hardware you can put in it.

I was thinking about instead 2.5" I will add support for a 3.5" HDD & support reserve-wore there .... so you get a choise between a reserve-ore & 3.5" HDD ... also most of the productivity work is done/saved on 3.5" HDD & is more common .... Am I trying to make 3.5" ac like a huge hot swap pen-drive .... why the hell not .... ?

Revision 0.2 Concept & AC-DC Brick Design is here .. Please take a look & help me with some boundaries .... Please do not forget to ask question & any feature that I am missing ....

Boundaries / Help :
  • Need help with filter guys. UNIVERSAL AIR FILTER CO. seems to be producing Hydrophobic Mesh Air Filters. Which is a vary good solution.
  • But not able to connect with them. Need to know 1k pricing.
  • Please help me with any other idea's & Filters.

Why there is not much hype on active cooled ac-dc brick ? doesn't they make cases more smaller ?
