I was testing the 6800k with 2 x 1080 with fans running at 70%. It had no problems cooling it.I would suspect 7700k with 2 x 1080ti's should be ok as well. Maybe no OC on the CPU.The tubing unfortunately I can't test, but going down to 6/10 from 10/13 might reduce water flow too much
