I'm starting to talk to manufacturers now. Believe me I would have loved to have this on store shelves long ago. Unfortunately my work life requires a lot of travel and it keeps me away from the project sometimes weeks at a time.

Indeed it is swappable ! It is actually a keystone compatible socket ! You can replace it for a USB-C port, USB-A port, mini-jack, anything that has a keystone module
