Power Supply PICO PSU Problem

Hi from PH and would love to know more about sff area.
I wanna ask something about the PICO PSU I bought.

It has 2 dc jack rated 12V when I tried to power it up together with the 1050ti I had with Delta 12v 20A power adapter, it does not power on.
What might be the problem?

What kind of 1050Ti is it?
Does it come with a 6pin power connector?

Are you able to power up the system without the GPU installed?
