Nice job identifying the problem, but I don't know if I would ever trust the AIO again. The problem is likely to re-occur. Instead, I'd return it or look for a different cooling solution. Given the case restrictions, that is very hard... but not impossible.

True - it seems to be an issue with solder flux from radiator manufacturing mixing with low quality coolant. A couple of flushes followed with using high-quality coolant should solve it.
