Main difference between this and the older version is the heatsink is offset slightly to better clear the top PCIe slot on boards where the CPU socket is low on the motherboard.
Still not compatible with the EVGA X99 Micro though :rolleyes:
Other changes are the switch to a single NF-A14 PWM fan and what looks like a beefier support bar to support the heatsink.
