Sorry for all these posts about NCASE M1 builds. I'm very excited to finally build myself a new pc. Which of these would be best for intake at the bottom of the case NF-A12x25 vs Noctua NF-F12? I have an open air gpu. I'm not sure whether to go for static pressure fans, or airflow for the intake.

It really depends on the air pressure. But Noctua designed the A12x25 to better than all their other older fans in all real world scenarios, even if it doesn't "win" in individual spec ratings.

Because no one runs at full static pressure, because that's 0 CFM. And no one is running 0 static pressure in any use in a case. Look at the P/Q curve they provide on the website to see how it beats them. It's also why it's like 50% more expensive.
