News is a bit light today so let's go retro.

Clint from LGR, seen above holding one of my dreams in the palm of his hand, took a look at a custom X86 retro mini-pc called the WeeCee PC. It's a system on module based device that is compatible with retro DOS/Windows 98 games, and has about the power of a Pentium CPU at 300MHZ. Also included in the WeeCee PC is a very sweet wave audio daughter board, and Crystal audio chip.

Performance is frankly damn impressive. Clint was able to run games such as Duke Nukem 3D, Quake, Doom, Need for Speed 2, Tomb Raider, Descent, Diablo, and SimCity 2000 quite well.

Now, if only there was a way to shoehorn in a Voodoo 2 chip...
