Hi everyone!
Coming from a i7 4790k and gtx 970 build I decided to sell it and go small since everytime I move to places my luggage is 90percent filled with just my tower case. Kindly take a look at my planned build and I would be super grateful if you guys can point out the recommended fan orientation for it.

CPU: Intel i7 9700k
Motherboard: asrock z390 phantom gaming itx or z390i aorus pro wifi
Video Card: EVGA GeForce RTX2070super xc ultra gaming
Power Supply: Corsair Sf 600w platinum
Cpu Cooler: Noctua u9s
Fans: 2 Noctua a1x25 flx 120mm
1 Noctua NF a9 92mm
Storage: 1 samsung 970 evo m.2 500gb
1 cruxial cx500 sata ssd 500gb
Ram: G.Skill Trident Z RGB F4-3000C15D-16GTZR 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4

Im doing pretty much the same build as you, the only real difference is im doing another RAM (Vengeance LPX), another GPU (reusing my 1070GTX Gigabyte G1) and most importantly, another Motherboard.

The ASrock has good reviews but unfortunately will not have headers to connect both the USB-A and USB-C ports in the front of the Ncase M1 V6. This for me was a deal breaker, so I will go with either Gigabyte Aorus Z390 or ASUS Strix Z390.

As for fan orientation, I will have two 120mm Noctua fans blowing into the case from the bottom just below the GPU. Maybe one 120mm Noctua fan to blow into the case from the side panel. And then the NH-U9S with 2 fans both pointing to the back of the case. From what I have read this is a good setup.

Noctua NH-C14S or Bequite Dark Rock TF . "U9s is hotter 5-10C and BeQuiet Dark TF is similar temp with C14S. " from Reddit user yu5ti4n. Google search "Nase M1 9900K" clk image, click on Ncase m1 picture w/ Seagate 14tb.

Im doing a similar build.

I was considering the C14S, but at the moment I think im just gonna get the U9S to cool my 9700k. I dont think the extra few degrees will make any real world difference, and having easy access and assembly is worth something. And I dont have to take any chances.

I'm going for a silent pc, the few degrees matter more for high overclock (9700k you want 5ghz) and I want silence for my 8 core ryzen 7 3700x.c14s is better then
