I'm looking to build a relatively quiet, cool SFFPC with a custom water cooled loop.

My budget is around ~$300 for water cooling gear but honestly I don't know what an extra $100 more or less would get me. Basically there is a ton of Water Cooling guides out there but not a whole lot on the SFFPC side of things. What are some good brands to start to look at, which ones should I avoid at all costs?

Here are my parts so far.

The case is a 14.9L Sharkoon QB One

In this case I recomend one of these swiftech ddc cpu blocks

A hardwarelabs gts 240 (30mm) is the absolute best option but a magicool/darkside slim will do in a pinch (27mm) a bitpower leviathan (29.6mm) will also do the trick. Avoid the EK SE (25mm) at all costs, it's the worst performing radiator any of the reputable brands.

You can even get an extra 80mm rad for a bit of extra thermal headroom
