Hey! Just pre-ordered my first SFF case and really excited! But I'd like some help deciding parts/cables and things.

So, in terms of portability, I'm planning on moving it a few times a year (over breaks from my dorm to my house and back when school starts). And I do want it to be pretty quiet (but also cool, if possible).
Here's just some of my questions:
- Should I invest in custom cables?
- AIO or air cooler? And which one/ones? And if AIO, should I change the included fans (and what to)?
- Should I get a blower-style GPU instead (I saw it was recommended or something)?
- Are there cheaper/better fan alternatives?
Any other recommendations from the veterans out there would be so helpful!
**Also, I'm wondering if I should opt for a 2700X and upgrade to a 2080 Super instead. (With the extra money from the motherboard and CPU)
