1. No plans for screw holes on the side panel, nor for orienting the case horizontally more generally. The design doesn't lend itself to this.


2. There's not enough room between the top of the motherboard and top of the case for fans.


3. The SFX bracket uses the ATX bracket mounting holes as well, so they can't really be moved without affecting other things.


I would face it outside in your case.


The C14S heatsink itself won't conflict with the PSU in the standard mounting, but the cooler's underside 140mm fan will. I've seen people replace it with a 120mm fan which will clear, though.


As for the 3.5" HDD bracket on the side, I think it will conflict with the C14S, unfortunately. With the brackets as far forward as they can go, it's about 10mm from the edge of the motherboard. So if the C14S overhangs more than that, it will conflict.
