Hey there,
Long time lurker here. I finally pulled the trigger on an M1 and a new build. It’s going to be an air cooled Ryzen build with a Radeon VII. Should be an interesting build/balance between high powered hardware and acceptable temps/noise/size.

Posting because any more builds/resources on the M1 are a good thing! Especially cramming new hardware in. Luckily for me someone has already confirmed compatibility with the M1 and Radeon VII!

Specs are as follows:
Ryzen 5 1600
Stock Cooler
ASUS B450I
2x8GB Corsair Dominator 3000mhz
ASRock Radeon VII (with 180-degree PCI-E connectors)
Corsair SF750
4x Noctua 120mm slim PWM fan
1x Noctua A9 PWM fan
Couple of 4 pin splitters.

NCASE M1 config:
Black
V5
Vented side panel

The board and CPU will hopefully be swapped out for Ryzen 3 right when they are available and a D9L will be bought to cope with the higher core count!

Parts should be arriving tomorrow. (Everything but case!) I’ll be sure to post photos and of the huge slab of GPU that’s arriving.

Case is due in about 3.5 weeks!
