Im in a search for this, something that can take duel 65 or 95 watt tdp from both a cpu and gpu and here is just what I have found.

The airtop PC- http://airtop-pc.com/ - Not upgradeable, at least not that I have seen, but possibly the best performing with a gtx 1060

Streacom DB4 and FC9 alpha - streacom.com - I havent seen any complete builds with the DB4 having a gpu, and if there is a way to cool the gpu like in the HDplex, I havent seen it.

The HDPLEX H5 - https://www.hdplex.com/hdplex-h5-fanless-computer-case.html - doesnt have CD drive, and not sure how it and streacom compare.

Is there something I am missing? Any advice on getting one or the other?

Of special note, there is the calyos http://www.calyos-tm.com/, and supposedly there is a smaller SFF in the works called the NSG Cube, similar to the DB4. No word however on when or even if its coming out.

I'll mention the DIY option - Massive thin heatsink (eBay, milled block, etc) replacing one side of any suitable case, thermally attached with heatpipes (eBay) or (better option) a watercooling loop, sans fans.

I'd also recommend a single large fan, with an "designed passive" case.... It helps a lot, and done right it really doesn't make a perceivable amount of noise.

Any links to examples?

Grab a small pipe bending kit to carefully bend the pipes to the shapes you'd need, you can mount them on a simple slug heatsink removed from any normal heatsink meeting your socket needs.

Use indium metal to 'solder' the heatpipes to the heatsink, on a thick copper pad, polished and mounted to the heatsink with normal thermal interface material.

H5 imo for the least amount of modding. Comfortably handles mid range gpus from what I understand

There's two I believe in the build logs, here's one of them, think the other is cross posted in there somewhere. Not really any modding except to custom bend heat pipes. Think the other used flat heat pipes for GPU.
