I see that the platinum one has 2x 8-pin CPU cables. If you are modifying the cables, it's very easy to turn one of those into a 6+2-pin PCIe cable.It is true that -12v is not listed on the specs of platinum unit. But I see a blue wire in the cables, which usually is the -12v. So it is quite confusing.I've never tried running a 24-pin without the -12v so I can't really say what would happen, and it's unclear if it is even missing.. I would recommend to contact FSP and double check the compatibility with them, since it doesn't cost anything
