Hey,do you have your own fan curves? You can set it to a lower rpm while idling f.e. cpus are ok with these temps.Maybe the 65w ppt is set to low so the cpu wont use it.post #5 has a picture where you can see the settings.Did you update your bios? Maybe yours is too old
