Unfortunately not because:
Steel production is waiting for backup fasteners to arrive in order to be completed (I explained this a couple of times if you check a page or two back)
Once backup fasteners arrive it will take 1-2 days to finish
Other than US, CA, JP, CN, TW and HK we still need to wait for UPS reply regarding AU, KR and EU.
