Personally I like the contrast between the matte and polished surface finishes, but I can appreciate that people will prefer the complete matte finish.

The matte material costs more than the polished, but it will likely only add a few £ in the grand scheme.

I wanted to move away from the pre-ordering system, it felt like a huge responsibility holding onto someones money for a few months.  This was my least favorite part of the process and a little stressful to be honest. Once you have someones money you have to deliver the product within the time-frame you promised.

Ideally for the next round of cases I want the parts in front of me before I release them for sale, this way I can fulfill an order quickly and don't have to stress about being let down by external suppliers when I've promised a shipping date!

This is along the lines of what I have been thinking, have a pre-configured Black case with all the trimmings ready to ship for a set price.

Then have a second customisable version where you can select your colours and accessories, this version will have a small price premium and longer lead time to account for the extra handling and time required to fulfill the order.
