I don't think I would recommend using an SFX-L power supply over a standard SFX unit, but [USER=1081]@hogehige[/USER] fitted one into his build (quoted below), he said you have to remove the front HDD bracket in order for it to fit.Therefore you can't use 2.5" drives when you fit an SFX-L PSU, I guess it depends on whether you can make do with M.2 drives only.
